Do you already have (or have you had in the past) an independent beauty consultant? In the Consultant Connector, you can also search for an independent beauty consultants by name or phone number.

Your Independent Beauty Consultant is your best resource! You’ll find her name in your order confirmation email.

If you’re unable to reach your consultant or she is no longer active in her Mary Kay® business, please contact Mary Kay® Customer Service at: 65 6708 8001.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact the Customer Success Team at  at 65 6708 8001. Please note: changes may not be possible once the order has been submitted with payment.

If you are not satisfied with a Mary Kay® product purchased from an authorized Independent Beauty Consultant, you may return it within 90 days from the date of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

If your Independent Beauty Consultant is no longer active, the product may be returned directly to Mary Kay with valid proof of purchase within 90 days of the purchase date.

Please direct any questions about your order or ordered products to your Independent Beauty Consultant, whose name is listed in your order confirmation email.
